Making pancakes

Ever since Pilot discovered Gluten Free Bisquick at the grocery store, he has made it a habit to prepare gluten free pancakes every Saturday morning. Yum. The cakes aren’t on

the griddle by the time the sun comes up, as John Denver sang in Thank God, I’m a Country Boy, but pretty close to it.(Pie, this link’s for you.)

Yep, I’m spoiled. But you know what? So are you.

The Bible tells us in I John 3:1 that the Father has lavished his love on us, because we are his children. Romans 5:8 goes on to say God demonstrated his love for us, by allowing Jesus Christ, God’s son, to die for the ungodly.

Spoiled? Better believe it.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

I wish you well.

How about tellin’ Pilot that “Rivers Runs” would appreciate it if he would serve up some of these ‘cakes during your next visit. The Northern Lights Suite is seldom used.

See ya

Reading Genesis 1 this week really opened my eyes to the LOVE God Almighty has for us. He made this wonderful, beautiful perfectly suitable environment for US!!!! For us! He gave us food, shelter, critters, companionship through others, and most of all the opportunity to love and be loved by The One who made us. I really have just been in awe at how thoughtful and considerate that was and is…. I truly am spoiled!
